William Sikula program to transform ACLB assemblage of over 60 properties into a mixture of affordable homeownership and rental components of the effort. ACLB has been working closely with co-development partners and have made considerable progress on what the first phase would look like (including how it would be funded) and how it can be incorporated with our other initiatives
