Please join us for the launch of the Albany Promise Cradle to Career Partnership and the release of the Baseline Report to the Community on Monday, May 7, 2012.
Albany Promise is a regional, cross-sector partnership where community leaders in Albany are coming together to support a shared cradle to career vision for education. The Albany Promise Partnership is made up of leaders in the fields of education, community, business, government, and philanthropy.
On May 7, we will release The Albany Promise: Baseline Report to the Community, a document we hope will serve as a catalyst for discussion about the current state of education in the Greater Capital Region. We envision that our partners will help us drive action in order to take ownership and hold ourselves accountable for improving education in our region.
We will be holding two launches on May 7-- a morning event from 9-11 a.m. held at Giffen Memorial Elementary School, and an evening event from 6-8 p.m. at Albany High School. There is no cost to attend the launch events, but please RSVP as soon as possible via the links below.
