Safe Night Out. Law enforcement members and local volunteers were stationed on street corners across neighborhoods in the South End. It was devised as an alternative to kids ringing doorbells of strangers and putting themselves at risk.

District Attorney David Soares, Pastor Charlie Muller from Victory Church, and Albany Police are offered a safe alternative for trick or treaters.
