1. News and announcements
2. Albany Land Bank’s Second Avenue Cluster (if time, or else after the panel).
6:30 p.m.: Forum on South Pearl Qualify of Life Issues.
Format:
1. Moderators* lead discussion defining the Issues: Refer to Statement of Issues (on reverse side), with feedback and additions from those in attendance.
2. Moderators arrive at general agreement on understanding of the issues.
3. Panel discussion*. Each representative asked to answer these questions:
· What role do you or your organization play in addressing the quality of life issues identified here?
· What are you doing now to improve the situation?
· What players and resources are missing?
· How can we all work together?
4. Agreement on next steps, who will be involved and a next meeting time and place.
7:30 p.m. Wrap up discussions on land bank, other issues.
