Port of Albany - Marmen-Welcon Project

The Port hosted a public informational meeting in December about the project planned at the Port expansion site for Offshore Wind Tower Manufacturing.   Megan Daly, Chief Commerce Officer Port of Albany, and Steve Boisvert, Project Engineer will be presenting information about the project.

William Sikula will give an overview of the  program to transform ACLB assemblage of over 60 properties into a mixture of affordable homeownership and rental components of the effort. ACLB has been working closely with  co-development partners and have made considerable progress on what the first phase would look like (including how it would be funded) and how it can be incorporated with our other initiatives
