2011 Capital Region Housing Fair Saturday, April 30th

Thinking about buying your first home? Visit the 2011 Capital Region Housing Fair. Learn about grant and loan programs for first time buyers and owners. Homeowners can receive a private consultation about existing mortgages. Bring a photo ID and obtain a free credit report. Plenty of opportunities to get your questions answered at information tables and workshops. The Housing Fair will be held on Saturday, April 30th from 10 am to 2 pm at the Albany Public Library, 161 Washington Avenue, Albany. The fair is free and open to the public.
